Oversee all of PayPal’s global brand creative work (B2C & B2B), championing world-class creative to drive an emotional connection with customers while also delivering on core business objectives (increased acquisition & engagement) 

Led the reinvention of PayPal post-IPO by launching the brand’s first global campaign on the world’s largest stage (Super Bowl) that, three years later, remains the heart and soul of all global campaign work 

Managing over 500 marketing programs, and the delivery of over 2500 creative assets to partners on an annual basis 

Built PayPal’s integrated creative studio, a team of 15 creative experts, that produces fit-for-purpose creative & content and guides external agency partners with deep brand and product expertise; allowing PayPal to bring more projects in-house to maximize operational efficiency (speed and cost).

Led integrated marketing efforts to contemporize four of Marriott’s largest brands (Fairfield Inn, Residence Inn, Townplace Suites, and Springhill Suites) to appeal to the modern business traveler.

Helped build and lead one of the agency largest integrated marketing team’s - Servicing Chevron’s global, regional, and local marketing needs 

Led Chevron’s sponsorship of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo – Chevron’s first opportunity to introduce itself to the people of China (over 5 million people attended)

Worked across Disney's Theme Park, Cruise Line, Vacation Club, and credit card business. 

Helped Disney achieve record attendance and revenue in the midst of the 2008 recession. 

Led Disney’s award winning celebrity Dream Portraits series to appeal to a new generation of families by demonstrating the transformational power of Disney; the series was shot by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz, and featured celebrities Scarlett Johansson, David Beckham, Johnny Depp, Will Ferrell and more; earned media estimated at +$100mm
